During dinner, guests are amazed by incredible talents, ranging from circus artists and exotic dancers to talented musicians and singers. Once you choose your menu you cannot change it at the Lotus Club so please read carefully. We also have vegetarian options. Dress code: chic & classy (no shorts) You can choose between a 3-course meal from Morrocan or international cuisine. Moroccan Escape: Starter Assortment of Moroccan mezzés: a festival of traditional flavors in 4 pieces, to share or savor alone. Main course Chicken tagine with candied lemon: tender chicken simmered in a tagine, enhanced by candied lemon and authentic spices for an explosion of flavors in the mouth. Sweetness at the end of a meal Fresh oranges with cinnamon: a sweet and spicy touch to end this Moroccan culinary journey on a fragrant note. International Escape: Entrance Chicken Caesar Salad: a revisited classic, with pieces of grilled chicken, crunchy lettuce, and a creamy sauce for a gourmet touch. Main Course Salmon steak with Miso sauce and fried rice: a tender salmon steak, topped with subtly flavored Miso sauce, accompanied by fried rice.
