Description

Get picked up in the morning from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. Relax on board a modern, air-conditioned minivan as you make your way across Morocco's stunning landscapes. Travel to the Ourika Valley via the Berber villages. Stop at a local family house for a cup of tea and learn about life in the country. Then, drive through the spectacular Ourika Valley before meeting the women who produce argan oil. Next, join a mountain guide for a 1.5-hour hike through the Berber village of Setti Fatma and the fields where you can spot wild monkeys. Then, take in the breathtaking scenery of the waterfall. Stop at a riverside restaurant for a traditional Berber meal before your convenient return transfer to your hotel in Marrakech in the late afternoon.

Important Information

You can choose between a shared or private tour. The hike is accessible to all individuals, regardless of physical fitness, as our guide will provide assistance throughout. We highly recommend participating in this enjoyable experience. For those opting out, we offer help in finding a pleasant restaurant and the opportunity to relax by the river until the group returns. Lunch is included in the price. We will take you to one of our selected riverside restaurants. The meal includes a tagine, a small salad, bread, olives, and dessert. You can choose your preferred dishes. Lunch will be around 1:30 PM, so we recommend having a big breakfast or packing snacks. The travel time is approximately 2 hours each way with visits, with 4 hours spent in the Ourika Valley. Our small groups have a maximum of 14 participants, with an average of 8 per vehicle, ensuring more personalized attention from your guide.
