After meeting at our meeting point, we will make a short visit to a local market near our house to buy vegetables and all other ingredients we will need for cooking Then we come home and the first thing we do is teach you the traditional way of preparing Moroccan mint tea. And of course, we drink tea while getting to know each other. Travelers then learn new techniques for peeling, chopping and seasoning tagines with the right spices, like our grandmothers and mothers do at home. We usually prepare 3 or 4 different dishes so you can learn more in one class. While cooking, we will talk in depth about the cultures, traditions and history of Morocco. Travelers will work in teams to prepare different dishes, allowing them to learn more than just one specific dish using different spices. The cooking class lasts 4 hours, from the time we meet to the time you eat, and of course, as you are on vacation, we are not stressed about the time; you feel like you are at home.
