Start your day with an early morning pickup from your accommodation in Fes. Travel through the Saiss Plain and into the cedar forests of the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing the picturesque towns of Ifrane and Azrou. Keep an eye out for Barbary apes along the roadside and stop to capture some memorable photos. Continue to Midelt for a relaxing lunch break before journeying past the scenic Ziz River and lush palm-filled valleys to Erfoud. From there, head to Merzouga and the iconic Erg Chebbi dunes, where your camel caravan awaits. Ride a camel into the mesmerizing desert as the sun sets, painting the dunes in golden hues. Arrive at your desert camp, freshen up, and enjoy a delicious dinner under the starlit sky while listening to local musicians. Spend the night in a traditional Berber camp for a truly magical experience. Wake early for a sunrise camel ride before meeting your guide in Merzouga. Head toward Tinghir, taking in the serene beauty of the oasis and the banks of the Todgha River. Explore Berber villages and learn about their culture, then visit the stunning Todgha Gorges. Stop for lunch before driving along the famous Kasbah Road to Dades Valley.
